On 8th September 2019, the Aberystwyth-based Get Connected Rali Ceredigion became the first ever closed road stage rally held in Wales – and to this day, is still the only one of its kind. It would be fair to say the event surpassed expectations, running on schedule, captivating audiences, praised by competitors, enjoyed by marshals and delivering everything it set out to do.
Now a two-day affair, the 2023 roars back into life with stages on roads over the Cambrian Mountains that are undeniably some of the most enjoyable to drive in the UK.
The event also features a showcase scrutineering, start, finish and service area in Aberystwyth. Plus, with spectator facilities, family entertainment and far-reaching PR and media activity, large crowds are expected over the course of the weekend.
